Upper Body Workout ?? This morning @healthychefsteph and I smashed our an upper body session. It was based around compound sets (two exercises back to back) - give it a go! ➡️ Arnold Press 3x10 & Upright Row/Lat Raise 3x10 ➡️ T Bar Row 3x10 & Plate Pullover 3x10 ➡️ Tricep Push Ups 3x10 & Incline Press 3x10 ?
