Aqui teneis parte de la clase de ayer en @retrofitweho ! Voy a probar varias semanas las clases de HIIT porque creo que me van a venir muy bien!! Acabo muerta y eso es lo que me gusta, que noto que le doy caña a mi cuerpo. Podeis hacer estos ejercicios por un minuto cada uno, descansando 15 seg entremedias. Y repetir todo el circuito 3 veces :) si quereis venir a probar la clase, escribirme!!! Os animais o que?

Here you have a part of yesterday's class at? @retrofitweho ?!!! I am going to try the HIIT classes for several weeks because I think they will be very good for me !! I just died and that's what I like, that I notice that I really work out my body. You can do these exercises for one minute each, resting 15 sec in between. And repeat the whole circuit 3 times :) let’s do it!!!! And if you wanna try the class and join me let me know!!!!!
Btw i did the video at the end of the class!! So i didn’t have almost energy left lol Can you tell???
