You know how good you feel after you do a detox? Imagine feeling that way every day if you just focus on eating real food 🥑🥦🥥🥗🍗 This is why I don’t believe in diets... I only believe in an overall lifestyle change that is the majority of your intake! If you mostly eat well, you will mostly feel good 🙂 I’m personally a fan of meal prepping or a QUALITY meal prep company because I’m forced to eat it and if I don’t then I waste food and money haha and I never allow myself to do that! 😂」1月3日 10時45分
