This hearty bento includes Soya Waffles, Soya Muffins, Side Salad with Smoked Duck, Teriyaki Salmon Fillet, Mini Ham & Cheese Sandwiches and Hard Boiled Egg. .

Soya Waffles Recipe
Makes about 1 large waffle
100g cake flour
100ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk
1 egg
5g baking powder
40g unsalted butter
30g caster sugar
pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a bowl, add in soya milk, egg, sugar and salt. Whisk well.
2. Then add in sieved cake flour with baking powder. Whisk gently until incorporated.
3. Add in melted butter and mix well with a spatula.
4. In the heated waffle pan, pour in the batter until about 2/3 filled. Cover and cook well on both sides until nice brown.
5. Remove waffle from pan and serve. .

Soya Muffins Recipe
Makes about 8 pcs of 5.5cm size
Ingredients:
90ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk
90g unsalted butter, soften
1 egg
100g cake flour, sieved
baking powder 1 tsp
caster sugar 70g
vanilla essence
*preheat oven 180
Method:
1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until pale.
2. Add egg in 2-3 parts, whisk well.
3. Add in vanilla essence.
4. Add in half the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder), fold, then half the soya milk. Fold again. Repeat to add in remaining dry ingredients and soya milk.
5. Transfer into muffin cups.
6. Bake at 180 for about 20mins.
