Answering community questions - "What do you like to drink when you go out?" Thank you for this question ladies, I feel like said this many times to my followers who already know this answer! For my new followers, I don't drink alcohol - at all. I just drink water or fruit juice IF I go out. I have tried alcohol, but not had a drink for almost 7 years! I feel being in my position that I can be a great role model for girls who don't want to drink. Not everyone wants to, and that is okay. I feel like I have a lot of young girls following me and I would love to be able to show them that they also don't have to drink alcohol to have fun. To answer the question, as a personal trainer and role model to young women all over the world, I am proud to say I don't drink. I have nothing against people who do and believe whatever makes you happy is the best thing for you. I am happy however not drinking and have just as much fun as people who do. I don't say this to put down other people either, this is my choice and I hope you ladies can at least respect this from a professional point of view ?

Some people also don't eat certain foods because they don’t like them... to me, this is no different. We all have our preferences and are all unique. That's what makes life beautiful, we have choice.
