This is one of my favorite Japanese bento box. Taro cluster with teriyaki souce. My homemade teriyaki sauce is usually made using a combination of soysause, mirin, sugar and sake. While the sauce can be made with just soy sauce and sugar, the addition of mirin adds a beautiful luster to the teriyaki sauce.
