Dreaming up what's next...I've been doing the "Spread the ALOHA Tour" with my dear friend and Life Design Coach @TiareThomas for the past week. This is our 5th year touring Japan and I'm loving it!
Our mission is to spread our Aloha across the globe by helping people to define what they truly desire in life and build the courage to pursue and live their dreams. It's important to us that we support people to have a healthier mind, body and spirit. And we do all of this through yoga and dreamboarding.
As I translate Tiare's dreamboarding workshops from English to Japanese, speaking how important it is to do dreamboarding and see people's glowing faces gives me joy and pushes me harder to manifest my own dreams.
Thank you Tiare for teaching me how important it is to dream. Doing this work challenges me and inspires me to grow.
