The Great American Eclipse rolled into town today at 1:23 pm, reached its NYC peak (71% coverage) at 2:44 pm, and hit its finale at 4 pm. With the exception of an errant cloud or two, it was a perfect day. Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Museum's Rose Center for Earth and Space to celebrate this historic event--including these two budding eclipse chasers on the Arthur Ross Terrace.
