This is the end of the 2017 Bouldering World Cup season...
Munich, like every year, is the last stage of the WC and this year's European Championship as well.
I didn't have big expectations, I came back from South Africa two weeks ago and I knew that some last minute training would have not been enough to show up in my best "comp shape". I felt strong on basic stuffs but very bad on other things like flexibility or dealing with the comp rhythm and stay fresh till the last boulder...
So for the first time this year, I didn't make it to the semifinal being out by a few spots.
By the way I was among the best 20 euro climbers so I had the chance to climb again the day after at the ECH final round. But eventually it didn't go very well and I couldn't top any of the four boulders...
Usually, the days after the end of a season, I start thinking what should I do... continuing my comp career and try to keep up with an "every year growing" level or call it and quit comps?!... ?
Well I'll have some times to think about it but before that I'll take part at the prestigious Rockmaster KO Contest next saturday togheter with some of the best homies, @michael.piccolruaz @イェルネイ・クルーダー @ヤン・ホイヤー @チョン・ジョンウォン and @alexey_rubtsov
