Sound plays an essential role in #GuggenheimAbuDhabi collection artist #AnriSala’s “Ravel Ravel Unravel” (2013). This immersive video installation engages the viewer in a holistic experience of sight and sound. Through tight close-ups that exclude face, body, and setting, Sala creates a visual and musical mystery: is it one pianist or two playing composer #MauriceRavel’s piano concerto?
