It really is incredible what a plant based lifestyle can do for you- mind, body, and soul.✨
This was @annetteclark26's 31 Day transformation in the month of May after she participted in the 31 Day Plant-Based Power-Up!???

"I can't believe it's the end of May already. It felt so fast, yet really slow. This was a difficult month for me (as I'm sure many of you can relate). Death of a student, emergency surgery on my dog baby, George, health issues (had lots of tests done this month to see if I needed my gallbladder removed) + a lot of moments filled with anxiety/grief/depression. 
I've never attempted anything remotely close to this. Nor did I ever believe that I, Annette, could stick to this. I knew it in my heart that this was for the betterment of myself, but not (just) for my exterior appearance, but that it would benefit my spirit, (somewhat negative) voice, and ultimately change my mindset and perception of myself for the better. I've learned and will continue to learn so much. I'm still working on being able to enjoy (can be so hard) the process. 
Without the guidance provided by Nicole Mejia and her team + the rest of the AMAZING ladies in this group, I don't think I could've done this. Not on my own, at least. 
Your encouragement, openness, and just outright authenticity was and is inspiring to me. 
So thank you all from the bottom of my heart. 
Today I'm wearing one of my favorite shirts and it reads, "Give, Serve, Love". I think I'm going to ensure to remember those words and use it as my mantra. To always give, serve, and love others in all aspects of the meaning of those words, BUT to also do those things for yourself. 
This is the beginning of something greater than all of us. You should all be proud of where you're at today. I'm proud of you!"
