A friendly reminder: You can’t hate your way to loving yourself.
It’s quite simple really:
If you wish to express unconditional self love to your skin, how can the journey be worthwhile if it’s compromised with hate? Would the results even hold true meaning?
You don’t have to be happy where you are, but you need to accept it.
And more than that, you need to express compassion to where you stand. ?

Don’t beat yourself up because you’re not there yet.
Don’t lose sight simply because the distance is farther than most.
Whenever I post a transformation picture, I never say “gross” to the woman I was.
I loved that woman for taking me to where I am, against all odds and doubts. She made it. ?

And for whatever stage you are in, so will you.
