#mondaymotivation Monday blues? Try some exercise! The last thing you feel like doing? I know the feeling but trust me exercise has amazing mood boosting effects! That doesn't mean you have to go to the gym and slog it out on a treadmill. When I say 'exercise' that includes going for a walk or even doing some gardening! I personally love the gym but I understand it's not for everyone and also I know some people don't enjoy exercise. That's why when I was coming up with the workouts for #GetFitGetHappy my main goal was to make them fun!
