The 2 days climbing camp in Ogawayama was very precious experience for me.

This was my 1st time that I lead a crack route. We tried "Casablanca"/ 5.10a(b?), which is one of the most famous classic trad route in Ogawayama, but I couldn't make it (I could barely topped out on TR). I was knocked out that my technique was very poor...but the route was so beautiful and exciting.

This was my 1st time that I climbed multi-pitch route. We climbed 6 pitch "Selection" / 5.9. It has hand-sized crack, scary slab, small chimney, down traverse and beautiful panoramic view. I felt really good and fulfilling.

As I climbed, I imagined about the people who had climbed these routes for the first time. I imagined how they feel before trying it, how they find the way to get over it, and how much they were pleased after the success. They must have been cool and crazy men and women....I want to know more and more about history of climbing.

稲垣さんと柳瀬さんのおかげで、やっと一歩を踏み出せた。目標がはるかはるか遠くにあることが分かって打ちのめされたけど、それが分かったのが大きな一歩だと前向きに捉えよう。。。なんにせよ岩登り楽しすぎ。
