A snippet from a peaceful evening during our vacation the other week. Lately I've been thinking about life and lessons, trueness and truth, kindness and grace. The great thing about those elements is that living them out is not contingent on anything or anyone but ourselves and our choices. And further, we can also make choices about our atmospheres and surroundings so that there is congruency between what we live and where we immerse. Here's to setting intentions for a new season as summer greets us. This go around I'm welcoming healthy, vibrant, whole, true, beautiful and meaningful into the moments ahead.
