PMS! Does anyone else feel like they gain 20lbs overnight?! ? Ladies...the bloat is real hahah the things we deal with monthly ? Fellas....step away if you get grossed out by this stuff. I would have NEVER posted a photo like this in the past but I stress to you all how important it is to be secure with yourselves so I figured a dose of reality was needed. Bloating is EXTREMELY common along with food cravings and yesssss I get them too! I know a lot of you might not think this is bloated but for me and what my body normally looks like...this is extremely bloated for me and I feel just as uncomfortable as you all do! On that note, we do have to just let nature run its course BUT there are things we can do to alleviate the external factors that can add to it! I know working out and eating healthy are the last things we feel like doing but push yourself! Exercising increases circulation which decreases bloating. Stay away from sugar free products as the additives they contain we can't digest. You will also want to stay hydrated!
