I think I'll embrace the lion mane a little more this summer ? thoughts?! It's a rest dayyyyy for me ?? (well not really a 'rest' day hahah I'm working my buns off getting clients plans uploaded) BUT it is rest day from the gym and exercise! Your body needs time to recuperate and strengthen. Take rest as needed! EVERY single one of my clients has rest days implemented into their plans. I used to work out 7 days a week and besides the fact that I simply don't have the time or luxury to do that anymore, my body actually started responding SO much better when I let it rest! Find a balance between having a good time, exercising, and resting. Your body will thank you!
