? had a day full of self-care today looking after my mental health because health is not just a size and starts from within. My self-care today was relaxing and doing things that make me happy. Had a lay in, made a yummy breakfast, sketched and drew, did a hair mask, went to the gym, filmed a makeup tutorial for my YT and now I'm off to dinner with my girlies. What makes you happy? ✨
