Came back from Columbus last night extremely tired and super happy at the same time.?

Trips like this always remind me how lucky I am to be able to connect with so many likeminded people. I started this page 5 years ago with few followers and I would never think that few years later I would be able to inspire and motivate people all over the world by my example☺️.

My journey started from love... love to fitness and it became strong passion and a career. My mission is to help others to become better ?.

I am extremely grateful for everything I have. Every day I wake up and say thank you to Universe for all amazing things I have in life, even when things get tough, I'm still grateful, because life can't be perfect all the time.
I'm grateful for challenges that made me stronger, for people that made me happy, even for those who made me unhappy ?, for life lessons that made me who I am.
