The Chargrilled Carabinero. It was such a steal for $28 (comes with risotto not shown in pic) as the scarlet prawns were utterly sweet and plump, enhanced by the saffron alioli right in the center. The prawns complemented perfectly with the saffron mellow rice that was like a cross between paella and risotto. Easily my favourite dish of the night ❤️
