Just a regular chunk of wood? Oh no. This is much more. It's a chunk of wood supposedly chopped by a young Abraham Lincoln. Abe's image as a "rail-splitter" everyman helped win him the presidential nomination.
The piece of fence rail came with an affidavit from John Hanks, Lincoln's cousin.
