This is adorable 1 year old #RatTerrier boy Seuss, barely able to lift his head up, just minutes after his "family" dumped him at an overcrowded shelter today. We watched as kennel staff placed him in his cage. He was shaking and whimpering. He didn't understand why he was all of the sudden behind bars. Shelters are NOT safe havens for your dogs, and chances are, they'll end up euthanized after you dump them here so PLEASE make sure you are ready for a forever commitment to a pet before you add one to your family?. Now little Seuss #A1835905 needs a loving home to call his own. Please help. Miami Dade Animal Services is located at 3599 NW 79th Ave in Doral, FL.
