Back and biceps today at @bodyflexgym and I smashed another personal best! Whenever I've trained arms for maintenance I always stick to 3x10 or 3x8 to feel a burn but not go all out because I was happy just being toned. Now my goal is to build muscle and definition I need to up my game entirely. I've never tried to lift as much as possible or do as many reps as possible before, I couldn't even guess or estimate what I thought I'd be capable of. But after smashing 300 reps for leg day I HAD to at least achieve the same for arms because I'm a competitive little bunny. Yes it burned, yes I swore, screamed and crawled across the floor but I got my 300 and I feel insanely happy right now.
