This hilly winter landscape comes from a series of prints by Japanese artist #Hiroshige. The scenes record his 1832 journey down the Tōkaidō road – one of the main routes in Japan at the time. The road went from Edo (modern-day Tokyo) to Kyoto and had 53 ‘stations’ for travellers to rest at – this one is the 15th.
