?ADDICTED TO SOCIAL MEDIA?
I know many of you won't read this long caption.. but I'm asking you to do so?❤.

Are you? Lately I have been noticing I gave more and more attention towards my phone and snapping everything.. then to really enjoy life around me and see things without thinking "oh hey can I post this"?? I think it's recognizable for a lot of you. For me personally it got me irritated, my mood could even be adjusted by the fact I have posted too late or didn't have a good snap. If you think about it its ridiculous!! But it is what it is nowadays. WE ARE ADDICTS. ?

For me I notice the bigger your Instagram page gets the more you're slowly stepping out of the real world and into the digital world where likes and comments are important. Not just me.. but literally everyone with a big page can't denies this happens or have once happened. ?

Having this acknowledgement I shut down a few of my activities on Instagram & I promised myself to find a good balance between having a big social media and just "living". ? #innerpeace

Think about it and ask yourself.. How many hours a day do you spend on your phone? ☠
