I'm super excited to be hitting the stage in April at @pureelitecomp for my first ever bikini contest! Somehow I need to take my body from scrawny cardio bunny to beefcake in just four months and as always I'll be blogging every part of my journey, the highs and lows and everyone I've met along the way to make a nice little directory of everything involved and what to expect if you're looking to take on a fitness challenge like this. I'm super hyped to be training at my friend Tony's @bodyflexgym so that I can get my stroke on with Rocky (the dog) on a daily and fill my days with bants, boobs and barbells as Tony puts me through my paces! So far we've been doing live videos of my workouts and it's going pretty well. I haven't died yet but my phone has plenty of times so I think ill either need an extension lead or solar panel on my head.
