Pretty as a centerpiece, @hvalawafflebar's Tsubu parfait goes beyond its instagram worthy looks.

Matcha soft serve so creamy it glides across the palate. Most enjoyable when peppered with the nutty flavours of toasted buckwheat grains.

The torched handmade ohanami dango, azuki and rice cracker completes the Japanese package. And tiny gula melaka sago added for that local touch. The senbei rice cracker with soft serve may need a bit of getting used to.
