The famous mildly sweet matcha kakigori 微糖抹茶のかき氷 from しもきた茶苑「喫茶室」Shimokitachaen Cafe.
This ranks as my personal top 3 japanese shaved ice ever.
Generous matcha foam on shaved ice drizzled with matcha syrup and matcha honey at the side.
Thanks to tabelog, I found this store which is very popular here in Tokyo.
Note that they have a special queueing system. Ticket are given out from morning onwards via a machine. scan the QR code on the ticket and you can monitor the progress of the no of groups before you.
