■材料（2人分）
・ご飯...1.5合
・ミートソース...1袋
・粉チーズ...15g
・とろけるチーズ…2枚
・小麦粉...大さじ3
・卵...1個
・パン粉...40g
・揚げ油...適量
■手順
1. ご飯にミートソースと粉チーズを入れてしっかり混ぜる
2. お好みの大きさにラップで握り、中にチーズを入れる
3. ラップを開いて少し冷ます
4. 小麦粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順で3をつけていく
5. 170℃の油できつね色になりまで揚げる
6. ミートソースをかけて生クリームを垂らし、パセリをまぶしたら完成です♪
