@ashleygoldberg here and I’m sad to say it’s my last day taking over Sakura’s Instagram. Thanks so much to you and to Sakura for the great week! As much as I love creating patterns, I have a life-long love of illustration and character design. Recently, I designed 4 dolls for The Land of Nod and all four of them began as concept drawings using #PigmaMicron and #Pigma pens. Here is one of the earliest sketches of the doll, Charlie. My sketch books don’t always have my prettiest or most photogenic artwork, but it’s such an important part of the process and #PigmaMicrons have been my go to for a very long time in them. #landofnod
