You didn't see how my eyes instantly lit up when I spotted this dessert amidst all the savoury stuff @winefiestasg ....like reaching an oasis in a desert.
So odd and mysterious that I knew I MUST try it. It's bang full of umami from the miso that I can't really taste the Kaya nor the acidity in the jelly
