Lightest weigh in of 2016 (non water manipulated) at 64.0kg AND my biggest/strongest legs of my 27 years. #WIN ?? Consistent dieting over the last few months getting my training weight closer to my competition weigh in all while adding lean mass and getting stronger. It has taken hella discipline and a lot of frustration watching the scale move down - back up - down - way back up & down again... slowly and surely creeping towards the end goal to start my reverse diet. Can't wait to compete this weekend at USAPL Nationals ! Have taken my cuts for meets down from 3.5kg to 1kg ?
