I haven't had to tap in to the level of intensity & grit which I always trained at in gymnastics in my career so far in weightlifting until now. I have always felt like this is my 2nd chance to finish out what my body didn't allow me to continue to do with my first passion in life... & now i have the right guidance i need to do so.
