#Dinner time, first day of #fall?. I had a simple apple salad with cheese while thinking about how I'd miss the tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants etc. Like this beautiful meal we had at our #GradaraWorkshop back in July (chickpea balls wrapped in eggplant slices and topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella! ???), but then, I just can't wait for all the #pumpkin, broccoli and cabbages and root veggies.
