Ready to burn fat and build muscle? ?? I love this circuit my personal trainer @artortiz3 put me through. We started with ropes for arms for 30 seconds, then right into leg press for 30 reps, weighted step ups for 10 each leg and ended with lateral raises for 15. Run this 4 times ??
