16 weeks and counting!???? I'm feeling so normal right now I could almost forget that I'm pregnant - if it wasn't for this cute little belly and the fact that I am ravenous (seriously, I'm absolutely starving!!) all the time. I love being pregnant. I want to wear tight dresses or be naked every single day of this pregnancy because this belly is just the most beautiful thing. The idea of becoming a mother hasn't fully hit me yet - I'm very focused on this exact moment. Right here, right now. One day at a time. Being pregnant is bringing up a lot from my past, old wounds and stories relating to my own mother and my childhood. Little Poppyseed is making me evolve and understand and begin to forgive. It's not easy, this life, and entering motherhood will no doubt be both the most challenging and wonderful journey I've ever embarked on. I'm embracing all of it. I feel so... Ready. Of course, we have at least another 24 weeks of baking this little cookie! Thankful for this divine timing. Everything is as it should be. #16weeks #poppyseed #love
