Don't be that girl! Rather than having A goal weight, set yourself a goal fitness level. Aim for those extra 2 reps, run that extra mile, hold that yoga pose that bit longer, lift that bit heavier. Those are the goals I set myself, NOT a number on a scale. I can have the most Amazing workout & come out feeling so strong yet I may be carrying more water that day then usual, it may be nearing the time of the month where I'm that bit heavier & bloated due to my hormones. Seeing that slight increase on a scale will dishearten you & over shadow how you felt about your workout, don't let it. Track your workouts NOT your weight.
