Hi again! Erica (@ep_lettering) here. When I first started hand lettering a year ago, I worked almost exclusively with Micron pens in a style known as faux calligraphy. To achieve this look here, I wrote the words faux & fabulous with a 005 Micron and then used the pen to thicken all of the downstrokes. Every now and then I like to grab my Microns and work in this style as it gives me complete control over the letterforms and shading.
