When your leg gains are so on point it looks as though you've stuffed your pockets ?? I'm really focusing on my upper body strength now, as a child who hated milk and dairy I had very little calcium during my adolescence which forced me to take osteo tablets for a short period because my bones were so weak and always cracking. My arms are by far the smallest part of my body and always have been but now they're getting my full attention and finally I'm seeing results. Like anything in life practise makes perfect and if I can grow from a scrawny weak teen into a powerful post pregnancy woman then sure as anything you can do it too. Whether you want to change your career, begin a new hobby, lose weight or find confidence in yourself start with baby steps and soon you'll be striding, even the smallest movement brings you closer to your goal, be determined and stay on that straight line and you'll get there my darlings.
