Appalled by persistent acts of violence against women in the region, conceptual performance artist #InderSalim set out to share a message with the city of Bangalore. In his performance We are all Women’s Issues (2003), Salim wore the titular statement painted on his back affirming that gender-based violence must be addressed by all members of society as all humans originally issue from women’s bodies. #agitpropbkm
