?Rilakkuma Zong Zi (ちまき/ 粽子) anyone?
Even Zong Zi can be cute too~
Inspired by Dragon Boat Festival, one where sticky rice dumplings are served and eaten, I made my own kawaii versions of dumplings.
Savory (#Rilakkuma) ones are filled with pork, quail egg and mushrooms. While the sweet (#Korilakkuma) are filled with sweet azuki beans.
Just season well & cook the sticky rice, then wrap with fillings. A little like making Japanese mochi. Not the authentic way of wrapping ? but still yummy and so fun! *
