A great hammerhead, about 14-feet in length, swims near the surface in The Bahamas near sunset. I made this picture on the very last evening after 18 days at sea, during which time the weather had been so bad I only had 3 days to work. Perseverance pays off and I was thrilled when this animal arrived before the day was done.
