Day two, a procession of priests, dancers, musicians and samurai dressed in armor takes you back to the age of the samurai. The festival held in spring and fall, honors the spirit of Ieyasu Tokugawa, the Shogun who brought peace and stability to feudal Japan and laid the foundation for modern day society.
