Started looking at various ways to build up my core & glute strength recently to help with my 10k run. Ive been told that it will increase stabilization in my torso & reduce “wobbling” when running. I'm not a runner by any means (I hate it in fact) so I'm guessing that by the end of a 10k I'll be fatigued & my form will begin to suffer leading to potential injuries. Building up my core & glute strength will help me maintain good posture & hopefully prevent the above. I'll also look like a kinda run a lot too, at the moment I run like phoebe on friends ?
