Worked on my quads today so to finish I did 50 Hellified lunges. Basically a walking lunge but with short strides and the weight in the front of your foot. This makes the lunge more quad dominant. Start basic and you can work your way up to doing these with Dumbbells. They are harder then they look! Esp after a killer leg session ???
