An Oceanic Whitetip Shark swirls just beneath the surface in The Bahamas. Once considered the most numerous large animal on Earth, this species has been decimated by over fishing. Currently its numbers are 99% in decline throughout much of its range worldwide. The value of sharks to the health of the ocean is substantial and a healthy ocean is vital to all life on our planet.
