#PracticePracticePractice Day 20. Be flexible in body and mind. Today I didn't do my full Ashtanga practice, but I did my meditation and handstand play. We've been up since 4 am on an all day excursion and this stop at the beach is just a part of our journey. Don't let yoga get in the way of you living your life. It's just yoga after all. Sometimes even a yogi has to have some fun. Be flexible. ?
