#PracticePracticePractice Day 15. Stretch your mind. Mental limitations are as real, if not more real, than physical limitations. But believe in yourself to surpass your limits and you will. I never thought I would be able to do this pose. But my teacher Sharath believed in me and because he believed in me I got the confidence to believe in myself. Maybe this is what the best teachers do? They see your greatness long before you see it yourself and then they help you see it, believe it, and live it. Be strong. Be flexible. Be a yogi. ?
