I started drinking green smoothies at least 5 times a week without changing anything else in my diet. When I started adding more fruits and leafy green vegetables into my diet, I naturally craved more healthy food. In that 3 month period, I did a cleanse and eliminated meat (except for seafood) from my diet. I started cooking clean meals.
This was all inspired and kick started by adding one simple habit into my life-- green smoothies.
