Festive eating also means that I have to work even harder on my aerial silks ??Haha
But I love the feeling on the silks each time I'm in the studio @aerialfitnessstudio. Featured moves are front split from candy cane into giselle.
I'm doing a #giveaway of $20 vouchers each to two lucky ones who are keen to try their aerial trial classes.
